interlüde is all about giving you that much-deserved break! It is a space between life’s routine, where you can unwind, recharge, explore new ideas, and meet new people.
Our workshops are designed to spark connections, start honest conversations, and give you space to explore yourself, ideas, and others, too.
In our inclusive, cozy, and anonymous space, you are invited to explore and interact, leaving feeling better than when you came in!
Who’s behind interlüde?
After years in Berlin, working in the world of tech startups, Marisa (🦄) felt a calling, one that pulled her toward a more intentional, balanced, and authentic way of living and working. Guided by curiosity and purpose, she set out to align her work with her passions. Along this journey, she discovered a unique superpower: the ability to turn strangers into a complicit, caring crew by promoting connections and inviting vulnerability. With courage (and a little magic), she leaped into the unknown and began interlüde.
Soon, others were drawn to this vision: a slower, more inclusive space to simply be, to connect with kindness, and to explore the full spectrum of our wonderful (and silly) human selves. This spirit gave rise to the interlüde Discord server. Today, our community continues to grow (160+ members and counting), always unfolding, always becoming. ✨
Behind interlüde is a team of passionate souls nurturing every corner of our community. Huge gratitude to Fernando Escalante for always believing, to Effey and Mati for lighting up our journey with their collaborations, to Spooky Groove for the illustrations, and to Sofia Henriques for capturing our memories through her lens.

Online, but Human.
How did everything start?
Once upon a time, a creative 🦄 decided to step into the internet and invite strangers for a creative workshop about the shadows of the self. The goal? Chill, interact anonymously, get to know each other, and just enjoy the moment without a specific outcome in mind.
That’s how the Darkroom workshop was created. An exploration about who we are, both individually and collectively, in a friendly, camera-off experience which invites honesty. In this particular session, each participant chose an animal to connect with or express themselves. Through voice prompts, we shared questions, stories, and even our insecurities. We laughed, bonded in an unexpected way, and all while alone at home.
As more “animals” joined our sessions, we grew from strangers to a small group, and later on to an international community which landed on Discord. Our online workshops blossomed into in-person gatherings around Berlin (check the video), and as we shed our anonymity, those animal nicknames became sweet symbols of our journey together, which we still use to address each other.
