interlüde is all about empowering individuals and communities by creating a space between life’s routines. An online living room for curious minds to unwind, recharge, explore new ideas, and meet people.
We believe the internet can be a friendlier, more human place.
What started with online workshops, anonymous conversations, and spontaneous community experiments slowly grew into something bigger: a community built around curiosity, participation, and connection.
What’s interlüde about?
Today, interlüde exists as both a community and an evolving platform exploring how people connect, participate, and feel part of something online.
Through workshops, language cafés, meetups, experiments, and our Discord community, we are learning what helps strangers become active participants and what makes online spaces actually feel human.
🫶 Online, but Human.
After years of living in Berlin and working in the tech startup world, Marisa Charepe Dias felt a need for a more intentional, balanced, and authentic way of living and working.
Guided by curiosity, she started creating anonymous online spaces where people could connect honestly through experiences, vulnerability, creativity, and uniqueness. Along the way, she discovered something unexpected: a natural ability to help people feel comfortable showing up as themselves.
That’s how interlüde began, with the belief that if we are more when we come together.
Soon, others were drawn to this vision: a slower, inclusive space to simply be, connect with curiosity, and explore the full spectrum of our strange human selves. This gave rise to the interlüde Discord community, which continues to grow today (160+ members and counting).
Behind interlüde is a small group of passionate people nurturing different corners of the community. Huge gratitude to Fernando Escalante for always believing, to Effey and Mati for lighting up our journey with their collaborations, to Spooky Groove for the illustrations, and to Sofia Henriques for capturing our memories.

Once upon a time, Marisa stepped onto the internet and invited strangers to a creative workshop about the shadows of the self. The goal? To chill, interact anonymously, get to know each other, and enjoy a moment together without needing a specific outcome.
That’s how the Darkroom workshop was born. In this camera-off experience, participants chose animals to represent themselves as they explored stories, insecurities, reflections, and questions through voice prompts and conversations.
People laughed, connected, and bonded unexpectedly. All while alone at home. As more “animals” joined the sessions, strangers slowly became a small group and later grew into an international community that eventually found its home on Discord. Over time, the online workshops evolved into in-person gatherings around Berlin, and those anonymous animal nicknames became sweet symbols of a common path.
Human experience is still at the core of interlüde. 💜
