Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. We aim to keep things simple, fair, and human.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your ticket, you can:

• Cancel directly on the booking platform used (for example, Eventbrite), or
• Contact us, if you purchased your ticket through our website

Refund Eligibility
• You can cancel your ticket up to 48 hours before the scheduled workshop start time for a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund

Flexibility
If something unexpected comes up closer to the event, feel free to reach out.

While we can’t guarantee refunds within 48 hours, we’ll always try to find a fair and human solution where possible. This may include:
• Transferring your ticket to another participant
• Moving your spot to a future session (if available)

Workshop Cancellation
If interlüde cancels a workshop, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future session.

Donations
Donations made through the website are voluntary contributions and are non-refundable.
