Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your ticket:
• Cancel it directly on the booking platform you used (e.g., Eventbrite)
• Via email at marisa.interl.de+refunds@gmail.com if you purchased your ticket through our store.

Refunds are available for cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled workshop. No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.

If we cancel a workshop, we will issue a full refund.
