Getting a ticket is super easy and varies a bit by workshop! Usually, you just need to fill out a quick form to join in on the fun and become part of our wonderful community. Don’t worry, the details you provide are just for us to keep things organized. Totally safe and sound!

For example, if you’re signing up for the 🎠 Playground workshop, we’ll simply ask for a few details, such as your age and preferences, to help customize your experience. Once you submit the form, one of our team members will review it and email you.

Please cancel your ticket directly on the booking platform. Refunds are available up to two days before.

Our workshops are limited to 25 participants, and unfortunately, we can’t hold tickets in case an event sells out. Several ticket links are sent to ensure our events are at their full potential. If the event you wanted to attend is sold out, you are welcome to email us to request a new ticket for a future date.

Great question! Over Discord, we prioritize your safety with our friendly Community Guidelines. Everyone keeps their cameras off to ensure comfort, and you can always ask for help, including problems related to private messages from other members.

While some members choose to connect in real life, we leave that decision and responsibility up to them. 🙂
