By purchasing a ticket, making a donation, or using the interlüde website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in interlüde workshops and community spaces, as well as the use of this website.

2. Booking & Payment
• Tickets are sold for specific workshops and dates.
• A booking becomes binding once payment has been successfully completed.
• Tickets are only valid after full payment is received.

3. Workshop Participation
• Tickets are intended for personal participation and may not be transferred unless explicitly agreed upon.
• We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to workshop content, timing, facilitators, or location if necessary.
• Participation in workshops is voluntary and at your own responsibility.

interlüde workshops are designed to foster connection, reflection, and shared experiences. They are not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or professional advice.
Participants are responsible for their own physical and emotional well-being during and after the event.

4. Community Participation
Some workshops or activities may involve participation in online community spaces (for example, Discord).
• Participants are expected to behave respectfully and in line with the published Community Guidelines.
• Disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the workshop or community space.

We reserve the right to exclude participants before or during an event if necessary to protect the safety, well-being, or experience of others.

5. Event Changes or Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, venue issues, or insufficient participation.
In such cases, participants will be informed as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date.

6. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with the interlüde Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise stated, refunds may be requested up to 48 hours before the scheduled event start time. After this period, tickets are non-refundable.

7. Liability
Participation in workshops and community spaces is at your own risk.
interlüde is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage occurring during or in connection with workshops or online spaces, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Digital Delivery
interlüde does not ship physical products. All tickets and event information are delivered electronically via email after purchase. No physical shipping is required.

9. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website or interfere with its normal operation. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website or services in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.

10. EU Right of Withdrawal
According to EU consumer law, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets for events with a specific date or time.

11. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how and why we collect and use personal information.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The version published on this website at the time of booking applies.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Berlin, Germany.
